- With our increasing demand for vacation homes, we are
continually looking for new quality properties to offer to our clients.

- We advertise on local, national, and international levels,
which gives your property great exposure. Our minimum rental period is one week. We
collect and prepay the total rent at least one month before the client arrives. Our
clients include travel agents ( to whom we pay a 10% commission) as well as individuals.

- You or your agent are responsible for checking clients in
and out, cleaning the property upon client departure, and making sure it is in excellent
condition upon client arrival. You will also need to provide the name, address, phone
number of a local contact, and detailed driving instructions, should you be unavailable.
Please remember that our clients are on vacation from a busy life and it is the
owner’s responsibility to ascertain that our clients have a carefree time during the
stay at your property.

- Please mail us
a detailed description of your property with original color pictures. Don't forget to
include information about local area, points of interest, and area maps. In order to add
your property to our inventory, we assess an annual administration fee of U.S. $100.00. If
we decided to inspect your property, we charge a one-time $50.00 non-refundable inspection
fee, which will be subtracted from the first rental.
